Karen Condi

Karen Condi founded the company in 2006, and in the years since she has drawn on close to two decades in the shared workspace and coworking world to shape everything the business does. Her fluency in what actually works on the ground has allowed her to assemble a team that handles start-up, sales, marketing, finance, technology, and day-to-day operations with the kind of precision that keeps client revenues and profits climbing.

That track record has turned Karen into a recognized voice across the industry. She's a frequent speaker at gatherings hosted by the Global Workspace Association (GWA), the Alliance Business Center Network (ABCN), the Global Coworking Unconference (GCUC), and the Workspace Association of New York (WANY).

With Karen at the helm, the company concentrates on start-up ventures, turnkey development, management takeovers, and turnaround work throughout North America. The team has opened, acquired, developed, advised on, and managed a long list of shared workspace and coworking properties across the country — the foundation of its reputation in the field.

Karen believes strong relationships are what hold a business together, and the roster of loyal, enthusiastic clients she's earned over the years reflects that. Before starting the company, she worked as a Regional Manager and as a Corporate Sales and Training Director for a nationally known coworking brand.

She earned her degree in Finance and Business Management from Eastern Kentucky University and holds a Kentucky Commercial Real Estate License — credentials that sharpen her ability to deliver results for the businesses she serves.
