Karen Morrison is part of the Professional Receptionist Outsourcing Services (PROS) team and brings a strong foundation in customer service and communication. A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Library Science, both from the University of Kentucky. She has three years of customer service experience and five years in phone answering.
Collaborative, compassionate, and focused on finding solutions, Karen is committed to serving every caller with confidence and care. She enjoys meeting all kinds of people, working through their questions, and partnering with her supportive teammates. She's proud to be part of PROS and to help the company's clients succeed.
