Over 20 years in shared workspace, Mary Ann Walthers has run operational systems and full technology migrations for numerous locations with real expertise. She's served as project manager on VoIP platform rollouts across dozens of markets. Before joining the company, she managed all operational and technology systems for Rockefeller Group Business Centers, and she was the first person in the industry to stand up a call center built specifically for shared workspace.
In that earlier role she handled hiring, set up the entire technology stack, and ran the call center herself — experience that made her an ideal match for the company's own industry-specific call center, PROS.
Mary Ann's management skill and meticulous attention to detail let the company execute flawlessly on technology and systems support for the centers it runs, while also advising many others.
She earned her degree in Business Management from Marshall University.
